Lahore and same-city deliveries generally take 1–2 business days. Major cities may take 2–3 business days, other cities 3–5 business days, and remote areas may take 5–7 business days.

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for eligible locations across Pakistan. Availability may vary depending on the delivery area and courier service.

Shipping charges depend on the delivery location, parcel weight, COD requirements, and courier service. The applicable shipping charge will be shown at checkout where available.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking information may be provided through SMS, WhatsApp, or email. You can use the tracking number with the relevant courier service.

Contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order. Cancellation may be possible before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Yes. Kafur Fragrances offers a 14-day return policy subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Products must generally be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

Opened, sprayed, tested, or used fragrance products are generally not eligible for return due to hygiene considerations. Damaged, defective, or incorrect products may be reviewed separately.

Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order details along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

Fragrance longevity can vary depending on the fragrance, concentration, skin type, weather, application method, and individual body chemistry. We cannot guarantee a specific number of hours for every customer.

The courier may make another delivery attempt or contact you again. Please keep your phone available after placing an order to avoid unnecessary delivery delays.

Delays can happen due to courier workload, weather, public holidays, high order volumes, incorrect addresses, customer unavailability, remote-area delivery, road closures, security restrictions, or other logistical issues.
